Cover art by the fabulous Christina Mrozik. One day I dream of owning the Lark cover painting.
Lovely cover art by Mina Price, moderately clumsy lettering by me.
Sometimes you get to work with great authors, sometimes you get to work with great illustrators. Chris is both, contained in one delightfully macabre human package.
Cover photo of Hillary and Tenzing by Alfred Gregory, Mount Everest portrait by Stefano Tambellini.
I have a few favorite illustrators, and for YA/Teen titles, Carolina Rodgriguez Fuenmayor is absolutely one of them.
Grendel portrait by Chris Riddell
Art by Sarah Horne
Super fun art by Ali Ardington
This cover features the original NASA concept art for the Apollo 13 lunar module, which, as a professional nerd, I could not resist.
All cover art by the infinitely patient Tomasz Usyk
Printed in 3 different metallic inks, this cover features dozens of images from various microstock agencies collaged together to form a single, monstrous Rorschach test filled with Easter eggs from the story.
Here she is again! Cover art by Carolina Rodriguez Fuenmayor.

This Scarlet Letter retelling features cover art by Beatriz Ramo

This is another collage of several microstock images, as it’s hard to find a drum-sun rising over an Arizonan desert landscape, with drumstick rays all in one image.
Ladies and gentlemen, Owen Richardson for the win! And the art.
Cover art by the weird and wonderful Jensine Eckwall
Super cool art and 3D type by Justin Barker
Art by Andreu Zaragoza
Art by Aleksei Bitskoff
This fun picture book was created by James O’Brien, aka Potato Printer, and is entirely illustrated by his potato prints. He also hand-cut the titling font from potatoes.
Art © Mo Willems/Hidden Pigeon Company, with additional contributions by Maurice Fontenot, and Jenn Adyken
These lift-the-flap board books were a fun new challenge, and one that 10-year-old me would have been screaming with joy to know I would one day work on.
This drawing activity book had to be designed with the attached markers in mind, so we had a few key characters from the Mo Willems universe peek out from behind them. I hand-lettered the title on this, and worked with Amelia Mack on the design. Art © Mo Willems/Hidden Pigeon Company, with additional contributions by Jenn Adyken.
Super fun little sticker-activity book, done with the Mo Willems Workshop. Art © Mo Willems/Hidden Pigeon Company, with additional contributions by Maurice Fontenot and Justin Poulter.
My first hidden object book, this project was a super fun trip around some of the team’s favorite places in Brooklyn. All art ©Mo Willems Workshop/Hidden Pigeon Company, with additional contributions but Pete List.
This YA thriller’s cover went through many iterations, but the editor had her heart set on something that recalled Endless Summer, only more murdery.
